SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER

All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are produced specifically for you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all design details

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur

  • These variations do not qualify as defects

All custom products are FINAL SALE unless defective or incorrect.
