SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

However, most orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, depending on order volume and production requirements.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST may qualify for same-day processing, depending on order volume and production requirements.

Custom, made-to-order, or DTF printed items may require additional processing time. We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, FormaForge Apparel Co. may offer free shipping promotions as part of sales, special offers, or limited-time campaigns.

These promotions:

  • Are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time

  • Apply only during the specified promotional period

  • May be subject to minimum order requirements or specific product eligibility

Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

FormaForge Apparel Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, FormaForge Apparel Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

FormaForge Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to pick up

The customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)

  • Return shipping fees

  • Reshipping costs
