Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested and approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items (FINAL SALE)

All custom printed, personalized, or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless:

  • The item arrives defective
  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The wrong item was sent

By placing an order for custom or made-to-order products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all design details, sizing, and specifications
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to the custom production process (including DTF printing) and do not qualify as defects

Damages, Defects & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

We reserve the right to request:

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue
  • Return of the item before issuing a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, you must:

  1. Request and complete an approved return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Chargebacks & Dispute Policy

By completing a purchase with FormaForge Apparel Co., you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us directly to attempt resolution.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may be considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide all order details, communications, tracking confirmations, and proof of delivery to your payment provider
  • Dispute any chargeback claims that do not comply with this policy
  • Deny future service to customers who abuse return or dispute processes

Order Refusal & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

  • The policy is being abused
  • Items have been worn, used, or altered
  • Fraudulent or excessive claims are made
